Irwell Park Wharf

Peel is working on proposals to transform a 2.5 hectare site to the North of the Manchester Ship Canal next to the River Irwell.

The site is currently occupied by an unsightly scrap yard. Residential redevelopment of the site in this waterside location would bring huge visual and environmental benefits following the relocation of the existing business.
