This 70 acre site at Barton has outline planning permission for a 20,000 seater stadium, a 4 star 200 bedroom hotel and conferencing centre and retail development. The next phase of the development is to remediate the site and secure the partners required to take the project forward.

Red City Developments is a joint venture company with Peel, individual investors and Salford Reds Rugby League Club. The delivery of this project will bring major sporting and leisure benefits to Salford and the surrounding area.
