Rossfield Park

Rossfield Park is a residential development of approximately 500 homes at Ellesmere Port, originally granted outline planning permission in March 2005. The development presently under construction offers a variety of housing types and tenures, with a particular focus on the provision of family housing. Improved pedestrian and cycle links are being provided from the site to the nearby town centre including the provision of a new footbridge over a public railway to the south of the site. As part of the Mersey Forest, “Jacks Wood” has been made a feature in the centre of the development and will be permanently managed as a recreation and ecological asset for the site.
