Peel have been at the forefront of the regeneration of Salford Quays, and have invested many hundreds of millions in the area since the 1980’s and made huge financial contributions well in excess of £20 million towards public causes such as the Imperial War Museum, the Metrolink extension, The Lowry and many others.

Often described as Manchester’s Waterfront, less than 15 kilometres from the City Centre, Salford Quays is a thriving commercial, residential and tourism destination in its own right.
