Hotel at The Trafford Centre

Peel has submitted an application for a 211 bed 4 Star hotel on its land at The Trafford Centre that fronts junction 9 of the M60 on one of the motorways most prominent sites. This 16 storey landmark building will be operated by an international hotel brand and offer the first 4 Star hotel in Trafford with a health club, pool, conferencing for up to 500 delegates, 6 meeting rooms, a bar and full service restaurant, a variety of guest rooms including a stunning rooftop presidential suite in an environmentally friendly building with “living green” roofs.
